We’ve all been there! Our clients asking us for extra changes than discussed Or sometimes the client running away in the middle of the project with all our original ideas!
In-fact numerous surveys prove that majority of the Freelancers are not being paid for the work they do.

A freelance contract is a written agreement between a freelancer and a client that explains the nature of their relationship and the expectations between them. It should clearly state the scope of work, the time frame, payment agreements, and all the terms and conditions - leaving no room for ambiguity.
This here, is an editable template of a contract that covers all the major clauses, which you can simply fill in. It is not specific to any niché or sector, profession, nationality or geographical location. All the elements can be edited to suit your needs.
Please note that this is NOT a legal contract on its own, and only acts as a safety net protecting both parties. In the case of a breach of confidence by either party, it may be used as a signed proof of agreement, should the need arise to involve the enforceability of the law.
If you’re a freelancer who is new to the scene and just starting out, this easy-to-use template is for you. It covers all the must-have clauses, and is all you need to get started.
If you are providing a service, you must ALWAYS have a contract drawn out. This should be irrespective of the party involved - an individual, group or an establishment; and the scale of the project – whether small, or one with bigger scope.
This template can be used any time you are to deliver a service for someone.
